THE WIDECH GROUP
The Group brings together operating companies and business units covering the entire critical infrastructure value chain, alongside technology initiatives in the energy sector. Each company contributes specific expertise; Widech coordinates their development and integrates their processes.
Investee companies
Wholly owned by Widech S.p.A. and based in Grugliasco (Turin), focused on general contracting and hard facility management. Set up in 2026, it has leased and manages the operating business units of Dimensione S.p.A. and Dimensione Re&F S.r.l.
(formerly Aion) Based in Gessate (MI), designs and builds electrical switchboards for the biomedical and healthcare sector.
The company is active in the development of special projects in Italy and abroad concerning renewable energy (mainly solar and biomethane) with the role of global coordinator and developer.
It designs and installs photovoltaic systems.
Sensor solutions for monitoring plants and infrastructure, serving the group’s operating companies.
Proprietary, patented technology for generating electricity from wave motion.
Initiative to develop lithium battery manufacturing plants in Italy.
Companies under management
Long-established plant engineering and general contracting companies whose operating business units are managed by the group. The Elektronorm unit is managed directly by Widech S.p.A.; the Dimensione S.p.A. and Dimensione Re&F S.r.l. units by its subsidiary RE&F S.r.l. All units are leased with a binding purchase option.
Operating business unit of “Elektronorm S.p.A.”, a company specialised in electrical and instrumentation systems, based in Gessate (Milan), with 50 employees and historical annual revenue of approximately €20-25 million. The unit holds the following SOA qualifications: OG 1 class III, OG 9 class VI, OG 10 class II, OG 11 class III-BIS, OS 19 class I and OS 30 class IV-BIS.
Operating business unit of “Dimensione S.p.A.”, based in Grugliasco (Turin), operating as a General Contractor, with 45 employees and historical annual revenue of approximately €20-25 million. The unit holds the following SOA qualifications: OG 1 class VIII, OG 2 class V, OG 11 class V, OS 1 class II, OS 3 class III-BIS, OS 6 class IV, OS 18-A class III-BIS, OS 18-B class II, OS 23 class II, OS 28 class I and OS 30 class I.
Operating business unit of “Dimensione Re&F S.r.l.”, based in Grugliasco (Turin), operating in Hard Facility Management, with 24 employees and historical annual revenue of approximately €7.5 million.
Innovation for Infrastructure
The experience gained with start-ups and university spin-offs is now a lever for innovating the Group’s industrial processes. Sensors, IoT and digital platforms are applied to design, construction, plants and maintenance, making infrastructure more efficient, safe and easy to monitor.
Widech continues to invest in young talent and in collaboration with academia, working with the Universities of Pavia and L’Aquila and the Polytechnic University of Bari.
