Widech was born in 2020 with the reverse takeover of Semplicemente S.p.A., aiming to carry out energy and environmental sustainability projects in advance of the new economy of today’s ecological transition.

Semplicemente S.p.A. was founded in 2009 in Milan as a company active in professional services, insurance and digital telematics.
2019
Relaunch plan from Semplicemente S.p.A. to Widech S.p.A.
2020
Widech S.p.A. was born from a reverse takeover with a turnaround of assets and resources with the aim of becoming one of the leading smart greentech companies internationally.
2022
Widech is engaged in NRRP (National Recovery and Resilience Plan) projects for the future of our country.

2026-2028 Business Plan
Having completed the first investment cycle of the 2021-2025 Plan, Widech begins growing through the aggregation of companies in the sector, to build a vertically integrated operator from engineering to maintenance.

Elektronorm
Widech takes over, under a lease with a binding purchase option, the operating business unit of Elektronorm S.p.A. (Gessate, Milan), active for over forty years in industrial electrical and energy systems.

Widech Biomedical is born
Group company Aion becomes Widech Biomedical and takes in an operating unit specialised in electrical switchboards for the biomedical sector.

RE&F is born
Widech sets up RE&F S.r.l. in Grugliasco (Turin), which takes over, under leases with a binding purchase option, the operating business units of Dimensione S.p.A. and Dimensione Re&F S.r.l.
